An ideal nightly introduction to RATIONALE, The Discovery Night Kit is a carefully curated edit of #4 The Cleanser, #5 The Serum and #6 The Night Crème in travel-friendly sizes.
Begin with #4 The Cleanser. Dispense 1-2 pumps into palm. Applying to the face, massage cleanser over dry or damp skin. Rinse thoroughly with tepid water. Follow with #5 The Serum. Dispense 2–3 drops into palm. Gently smooth over face, neck, décolletage and backs of hands, avoiding the delicate eye area. Finish by dispensing a pearl-sized amount of #6 The Night Crème into palms and smooth gently over face, neck, décolletage and backs of hands.
The downsized versions of these favourite RATIONALE formulations (15mL serums, 20mL crèmes and 50mL cleanser), make them perfectly sized to add to your cabin luggage. All of them can be taken safely onboard without fear of breach of in-flight liquid limits (and your daily skincare ritual remaining in place during those long-haul flights!).
We have taken every measure to ensure these sizes are as travel friendly as possible (including lockable dropper and the inclusion of two travel pumps to be used with 15mL sizes only). However, we always advise care and caution as bumpy travel and air pressure changes may cause inevitable leaks.
With appropriate daily application, these sizes should last an individual approximately six weeks.
Currently, we are pleased to offer #1 The Serum in a 15mL size, #4 The Cleanser in a slightly larger 100mL size, and #6 The Night Crème in a 20mL size. The other formulations are not currently for sale individually at these smaller sizes.
No, The Discovery Travel/Day/Night Kits all come as completed kits and formulations cannot be swapped for others.

As these products are sold as a kit, you cannot return individual formulations. The kit will need to be returned as a whole, including any included travel pouch and dust bag (Discovery Travel Kit only).
The Discovery Kits are a great introduction to the RATIONALE brand. The smaller sizes allow for discovery and trialling a product without having to purchase the full-size product. As not all formulations are available to purchase at smaller sizes, there is not a comparable discount available.
