Our Kyneton Home
Located in Victoria, Australia, our Luminous Global HQ is located in Kyneton, just one-hour north of
Melbourne’s CBD. Founder, Richard Parker, long maintained a dream to create a unified RATIONALE HQ. Richard knew that the destination—both inside and out—needed to offer boundless energy, which naturally led him to Kyneton. The
result is a HQ that unites all Departments in one state-of-the-art 14,000sqm facility to illuminate and inspire work-life integration and bring our superlative skincare technologies and training together.
